Copyright and use of MTPredictor
All material, whether in printed format or in program code, is the property of MTPredictor Ltd. and S. E. Griffiths. Any copying or distribution of this material or program code without prior written permission is strictly forbidden. Any breach will be pursued to the full extent of the law.

Whilst every care has been taken in compiling the MTPredictor software program and associated material, MTPredictor Ltd, MTPredictor.com or anybody associated with MTPredictor Ltd including S. E. Griffiths cannot accept any liabilities for any inaccuracies. Neither MTPredictor Ltd, MTPredictor.com, or anybody associated with MTPredictor Ltd including S. E. Griffiths are responsible for any errors or omissions contained in the software or associated material.

MTPredictor is licensed to the purchaser only, only the original purchaser may use the software. All licences are non transferable.

MTPredictor is supplied for private and personal use only. If you intend to use MTPredictor for any commercial purposes (for example writing a trading related newsletter or hosting a trading room), prior permission must be obtained from MTPredictor Ltd. This includes use and publication of any screen shots, printed or annotated charts captured from MTPredictor.

Trade and Service marks
MTPredictor, Isolation Approach, Techniques Curve & Decision Point are trademarks of MTPredictor Ltd. All other brands, service marks and trademarks may be the property of their respective owners.

Trading Losses

All Trading decisions are your own sole responsibility. MTPredictor Ltd, nor S. E. Griffiths cannot be held liable for any financial loss occurred in your Trading.

Liability

MTPredictor Ltd. nor any Data Provider will be liable for any loss or damage arising out of the use or receipt of the Services or any Data including, without limitation, arising out of or in connection with any fault, error, interruption, delay, omission or failure (whether within or beyond MTPredictor Ltd’s control or the control of any third party data contributor); or any inaccuracy, error, omission or incompleteness of the Data; or any negligent act or omission of MTPredictor Ltd. or any Data Provider. MTPredictor ltd. will implement reasonable security arrangements in respect of the access of MTPredictor Ltd., its employees or agents.

Position Sizing
A Customer or User is solely responsible for any result arising from use of the Position Sizing functions in MTPredictor software. MTPredictor Ltd accepts no liability or responsibility in respect of data inputs used in Position Sizing modules. A Customer or User is liable for any loss or liability arising from use of the Position Sizing modules. A Customer or User accepts sole responsibility for checking data inputs for accuracy and for the subsequent accuracy of any result.

Monthly/Yearly Subscriptions
All new monthly/yearly subscription Customers, will automatically have access to the latest MTPredictor versions
