New Stand-alone and NT8 add-on Customers

If you are a new Customer, and have just subscribed to either our Stand-alone version or our add-ons for NinjaTrader 8, please can you wait for the email that contains your Software Registration details, as these are different to the ones that you use for access to this Customer Portal, (they use different systems).

If your order is received outside Office Hours ( Mon – Fri 9:00am to 5:00pm London time), then we will get you set up and email you with download and installation instructions the next working day

While you wait for this email please make sure to view the Help Videos first (for our Stand-alone version or our NT8 add-ons), so you are familiar with what to do with the install.

Then please use one of the links below to download the correct version of your software:
